About this website
Album Inspire presents website development, custom software services and digital products. You can explore our work and contact us to discuss a project. An enquiry does not create a project agreement.
Project scope and delivery
Before work begins, the project scope, deliverables, fees, payment milestones, dependencies and delivery expectations must be agreed in writing. Extra features or changes require a separate agreement. Timelines depend on timely content, access and feedback from the client.
Payments and refunds
Payments for custom development services are non-refundable, subject to any refund or remedy required by applicable law. Please review the scope and ask questions before making a payment. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Content and ownership
Clients must have permission to provide the text, images, logos, data and other materials used in their project. Source-code handover, ownership, licences and use of third-party components are determined by the written project agreement.
Third-party services and products
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, external platforms and software dependencies may have separate charges and terms. Linked product websites have their own product, licensing and purchase policies; this service policy does not replace those terms.
Support and maintenance
Ongoing support, hosting and maintenance are included only where agreed in writing. Ask us to confirm what is included before commissioning a project.
