Clear expectations before we begin

No refunds for custom development
Payments made for custom website development, software development and related commissioned services are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Please confirm the agreed scope, fees and deliverables before paying.
If you cancel a project
Notify Album Inspire in writing at info@albuminspire.com if you want to stop a project. Amounts already paid are not refunded, subject to applicable law. Any outstanding work, committed costs and handover arrangements are addressed under the written project agreement.
Scope changes and concerns
A change in requirements is not automatically included in the original scope. If something does not match the agreed deliverables, contact us with the relevant details so the issue can be reviewed against your project agreement.
Software products and external purchases
Ready-made software, subscriptions and purchases through linked product websites are governed by the policy shown on the relevant website at purchase. This page describes custom development services and does not override separate product terms.
